Question - Is the merchandise on your site brand new?
Answer: All of the apparel and sports apparel we sell is brand new. All of our footwear is brand new but we do have 4 categories of shoes that we sell. They are as follows:
1. Brand new in box - These are shoes which as the name states are brand new and in their original box.
2. Brand new not in original box - These are shoes that we received either in a different box or they did not have a box to begin with. In either case shoes will be sent in a box.
3. Floor samples - These are shoes which have n=been tried on in the store and may show a little wear on the soles of the shoes.
4. Customer returns - These are shoes which were bought and have been returned for any reason. These shoes are thoroughly inspected before they are listed for sale.
